Starting August 1st, The Educator’s Room wants to get educators a tool to make money doing what they love- referring GREAT books to other educators. We are doing this via our newly formed Affiliate Program. This is  a quick, easy way to make a cool dollar and spread knowledge at the same time. Before you commit, here’s some great information about our program:

An affiliate program is a marketing program where you can receive commission for helping a company (such as The Educator’s Room) generate sales. We will provide advertising tools such as banner ads, links and tracking codes for you to place on your sites, in your emails or other internet listings. Affiliate programs use website cookies to track where a link comes from. If someone makes a purchase and the link is traced to your site then you get a share of the sale price.
After scoring the internet for reliable companies, we decided to use E-Junkie is a software company provides bloggers and website owners with Shopping Cart and Buttons to sale both physical and digital products. They will manage our affiliate program at The Educator’s Room.
Typically, the cookies (alert: this is a technical word) for at the most six months. That basically translates that your affiliate lil should last for six months so check back in with people you send the link to to buy the product.
All affiliates will be paid via PayPal (sign up here www.Paypal.com) and please give us up to 40 days to issue payments to our affiliates.  For each sale of the product, affiliates will make 1/2 of the price of the product. For example, if a book costs $10, the affiliate will make $5 per each finished sale.
Yes, you can not buy the book yourself and get the commission off the book.
