Erika, known in the classroom as “Mrs. B,” is an Autistic Support Teacher at a private school specializing in special education, where she works in the Enhanced Autism program supporting students who require the highest level of care. Each day brings new challenges, meaningful victories, and powerful reminders of why she is passionate about this work. She has been in the profession for four years and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Special Education, continuing to grow as both an educator and a dedicated advocate for her students.
