Jose A Cisneros Tirado
Dr. José Antonio Cisneros Tirado was born and raised in south side Mexico City. He graduated Magna Cum Laude on a full scholarship with a major in International Relations from UDLAP and a minor in Political Communication from TCU. He holds a Master's in Research for Development Studies and a Ph.D. in Management and Social Sciences from the University of East Anglia in the UK. He previously served as Distinguished Visiting Professor and Department Chair at Appalachian State University and as Full Professor of Politics at BUAP in Mexico. Currently, he serves as a fifth-grade mathematics and ELAR teacher at the School for the Talented and Gifted at Pleasant Grove, part of Dallas ISD, where he has taught for four years. He is married to Dr. Marycarmen Pedraza and is a Star Wars and Lord of the Rings enthusiast.
