Tip #5 Ask for Letters of Recommendation: Just as you can count on having to write an essay, you will have to provide letters of recommendations. The 
letters will need to come from your students’ teachers, administers, family friends and even their boss. With all seniors needing these letters, it’s good to have your student select now who they would like to write their recommendation. Their next step will be to actually ask that person if they can give them a good recommendation. These people will appreciate not being asked at the last minute, so I suggest getting that done now.
