Chris Sadler
Chris Sadler has worked in education for more than fifteen years, including as a communications director and senior leader in a school district. He is the creator of Board to Desk, where he writes about communication and trust in K–12 education. His work is grounded in the belief that the people working in education care deeply about communicating well, but face limited time, growing complexity, and an overwhelming volume of messages. He argues that trust is built through steady attention to everyday communication. His book, A Culture of Communication: Building a Trust Account in K–12 Education, turns that idea into a practical guide for everyone from the classroom to the board.
