5.      Cartoon Role Play – Make copies of cartoons and white-out the dialogue bubbles. Randomly distribute them to your students and have them role-play the conversations in the target language.

Remember that the goal for these activities is to give all students the opportunity to practice speaking. The conversations will be imperfect, but the students will be speaking, enjoying themselves and learning from each other.  The teacher monitors the conversations, making a physical or mental note of repeated errors in the language and then can use those as talking points for an activity debrief.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
